Galaxy Fame Smartphones
Samsung has announced two new Android phones
under its Galaxy series -Samsung Galaxy Young and Galaxy Fame. Both the
smartphones are powered by Android Jelly Bean 4.1 . Both handsets are mid-range
and aimed at those who need a combination of budget-friendly pricing &
decent hardware. Both these smartphones come in Dual SIM variants, you can use
3G data on one SIM while receiving call on the other SIM. Both Smartphones are powered by a 1 GHZ
processor, 768MB of RAM, 4GB of internal storage space with up to 64GB of
expansion and runs Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean).
The Galaxy Young comes with 3.27-inch capacitive touch screen display, 3 MP rear camera and available in white, deep blue, wine red and metallic sliver colors.
The Galaxy Fame comes with a 3.5-inch capacitive touch screen display, 5 MP auto focus camera with LED Flash and a VGA front-facing camera and available in pearl white and metallic blue colors. There’s Bluetooth 4.0 and NFC. While price has not been announced the phones are likely to be priced below Rs 10,000 in India. Samsung has not announced the launch date for these phones. The phones might replace the aging Galaxy Y range for the Samsung
