has launched an exciting plan for their pre-paid subscribers – Always Talk pan
with unlimited calling. This plan offers them to enjoy unlimited MTS to MTS
local calls for just Rs 199. In addition to this, you also get up to 1,000
minutes of free locals calls on other networks

a press release, Leonid Musatov, Chief Marketing & Sales Officer – MTS India,

As of now,
MTS Always Talk plan is available for all pre-paid subscribers across nine
circles including Delhi, Gujarat, Karnataka, Kerala, Kolkata, Rajasthan, Tamil
Nadu, Uttar Pradesh (West) and West Bengal. Below you can check out some of the
commercials based on Always Talk plan
